Mr. Stoilkov has been reelected as Executive Director of the Guarantee Fund, Mr. Velev is elected as a member of the Management Board

At its meeting on 30 May 2024, the Guarantee Fund (GF) Council re-elected Mr. Stefan Stoilkov as Executive Director of the Guarantee Fund for a term of 4 years.  A new member of the Management Board was elected - Mr. Konstantin Velev, member of the Management Board and Executive Director of Armeec  Insurance JSC.

Thus, according to the decision of the Council of the Guarantee Fund from its meeting of 30 May 2024, the Board of the Guarantee Fund is composed of:

• Maxim Kolev, Chairman and Executive Director
• Stefan Stoilkov, Executive director
• Plamen Yalamov
• Plamen Shinov
• Yuri Kopach
• Petar Avramov
• Konstantin Velev

The Council of the Guarantee Fund includes all insurers obliged to make contributions to it.
